Division Collection Head

Ensure proper implementation of the MR & BC plans and procedures;
Liaise with the client representatives to collect and submit LV and MV emissions;
Dispatch the emissions to the head of collection units of the divisions;
Trace all Meter reading and Bill Collection activities to ensure meeting target dates;
Manage the process of fixing the customers' address and meters data in case of mismatches with the client database;
Ensure proper Hand Held Device (HHD) usage and database update;
Verify readings in cases where consumption appears to be abnormal, and record possible reasons for fluctuations;
Filter out outstanding issues of MR and BC and generate prioritized lists of actions;
Follow up with the division engineer outstanding reported problems such as meter irregularities, damaged equipment, or obstructions to meter access;
Liaise with the technical departments for the implementation of needed corrective actions;
Escalate pending actions to the Sr. Management in a proper manner;
Liaise with the client and attend technical meetings and workshops;
Collect the revenues of BC from each division on daily basis and ensure timely deposits in the company's revenues account;
Track and analyze MR and BC performance by generating customized weekly reports;
Provide central point of contact for all change requests and system alterations;
Manage the import and export of data as required to synchronize back-end systems;
Identify any inadequacies with existing infrastructure and processes and propose recommendations to improve the work practices;
Requirements
University degree
Leadership skills and ability to manage a large team
Communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
