Deputy Marketing Manager
LocationBeirut – OMT Head office
Position SummaryResponsible for supporting, planning and creating marketing strategies, market intelligence and research projects, resources allocation and media plans across various marketing channels. Also, handles strategic planning, campaign management, digital marketing, data analysis, events management, team collaboration, and ensures successful advertising of new services, while maximizing awareness of OMT brand.
Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Campaigns & Market Analysis
• Identifies, develops, and evaluates marketing strategies, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark up factors
• Monitors and directs the implementation of strategic marketing plans
• Develops budgets towards implementation of marketing plan with ROIs
• Identifies and implements the right marketing channels for Brand Management communication which reflects vision and value
• Guides team towards marketing activities or policies to promote OMT's services
• Analyzes regular performance reports to drive analysis and insights of social media performance towards improvement
Digital Marketing
• Develops and executes comprehensive content & digital marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple online platforms
• Delivers monthly reports for content & digital tool performance using analytics tools, measuring and testing the effectiveness of the
marketing efforts and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Drives customer acquisition targets and ROI across OMT's multiple channels and geographies
• Ensures OMT's website is conversion-focused, mobile-optimized, SEO-friendly, and aligned with OMT guidelines
• Leads global SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Collaborates with Supply Chain, ICT, and Marketing teams to align on site updates and infrastructure
• Collaborates with Sales, Contact Center and Digital teams to ensure alignment on customer success management
Process Improvement
• Analyses the current processes to identify any areas of improvements and proactively seek solutions and recommendations across the division.
• Handles the process design, evaluation and implementation in functional areas
• Collaborates and trains colleagues on new processes, procedures and systems all while sharing ideas and supporting projects
Analysis & Reporting
• Manages budget & forecast, prepares and analyses numbers and figures
• Connects frequently and actively with colleagues probing for additional information to improve the overall division output
• Submits monthly & yearly reports and measures performance and results
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
• Master's degree is preferable
Technical Skills:
• Fully proficient in English and Arabic, French is a plus
• Advertising & Communication Management

• Social Media expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Relevant Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing and social media
