Receive customers' requests and verify the reliability of the attached documents.
Organize customers' requests in intervention sheet from JDE software and transfer them to the Measurement, Disconnect/Reconnect and Metering staff.
Receive intervention sheet from the Measurement, Disconnect/Reconnect and Metering staff after implementation.
Organize customers' application by requests and forms, and transfer them to the cashier.
Answer to customers' reviews, clarify the process and notify customers about the approved prices.
Transfer report and intervention sheet on JDE between EPS and EDL personal.
Present customers' requests to the EDL Division Head for signature
