Analytics & Data Officer - IT Operation & Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure network and data are safe and secure
- Provide technical support to users for all PC hardware, software, and associated peripherals
- Maintain hardware and LAN/WiFi networks in good working order
- Enter and publish content via assigned content management system
- Deploy workstations, PCs, laptops, and associated peripherals
- Install and configure operating systems and software
- Maintain existing PCs and peripherals to company standards
- Compile and prepare an accurate inventory of hardware, software, and related material
- Assist in the compilation of technical documentation, guidelines, and procedures
- Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure continuity of services
- Provide a professional, courteous, and rapid response to users' queries
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Computer (MIS), Computer Science, CCE, or a related degree
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a related or similar position
- Proven work record and experience in MS365/MS Azure and ERP/CRM/CMS systems
- Very good organizational and administrative skills
- Very good English and Arabic language skills
- Ability to work individually or in a team
- Dynamic, self-motivated, responsible, ethical, and positive personality/character
Work Phases:
- 2 weeks' acquaintance period with daily transportation fees and pocket money
- 3 months' probation period with monthly fee and no warning notice
- 2-years contractual work contract with monthly fee and warning notice
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 4pm (6.5 work hours per day)
- Saturday: Not applicable
