Recruitment Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at RecruitMe Plus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle process, ensuring a smooth, rapid, and professional recruitment process for our clients and candidates. They will also participate in strategic meetings and suggest continuous improvement measures and tools to enhance our services.

• Maintain and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  
• Advise clients and stakeholders on RecruitMe Plus services, policies, and processes.
  
• Receive and analyze job descriptions to design effective job advertisements.
  
• Source and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
  
• Conduct initial interviews with shortlisted applicants and guide them through our processes.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate interview trips.
  
• Conduct reference checks and maintain a collaborative relationship with key stakeholders.
  
• Develop and maintain our social media presence, including content creation and scheduling.
  
• Utilize regional and international job boards, oversee social media initiatives, and apply innovative sourcing methods to support recruiting objectives.
  
• Develop candidate rosters and employ traditional sourcing strategies to hire top talent.
  
• Participate in attracting new clients and perform related recruitment or HR administrative tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  
• Minimum 3 years of relative experience.
  
• Resourceful and experienced in proactive sourcing through various channels.
  
• Proven track record in filling key positions across the GCC region.
  
• Solid presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively.
  
• Diplomatic and strong acumen in establishing positive working relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
  
• Excellent writing skills.
  
• Experience in using ATS is highly preferable.
  
• Social media common user and platforms friendly.
  
• Integrity, honesty, and accountability.
  
• Familiar with AI recruitment tools.
