Crypto Debt Collector Job Description

IBC Ventures LTD is seeking a skilled Crypto Debt Collector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts from clients and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned crypto accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Contact crypto debtors via secure communication channels to inquire about their payment status.
  • Negotiate payment plans and payoff deadlines with crypto debtors.
  • Handle questions or complaints from crypto debtors in a professional manner.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in crypto accounts and transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
  • Update account status and database regularly.
  • Alert management of crypto debtors unwilling or unable to pay.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on crypto collection activities and progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a debt collector or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of cryptocurrency industry and blockchain technology.
