• Internal Stakeholders: Company CEO, SR Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Senior Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Officer, Sector Advisors, Partners
• External Stakeholders: Clients, partners, candidates, professional institutions

Job Summary:

The Executive search and recruitment team at RecruitMe Plus is a vital part of our organization. We strive to provide a seamless, rapid yet professional recruitment process for our partners (clients) and candidates while upholding high standards of integrity. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle as per RecruitMe Plus policies, procedures, and ethics. Additionally, they will participate in strategic meetings, suggest continuous improvement measures & tools to enhance business quality, and support proactive sales activities by advising prospects on our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication with clients
• Advise clients and stakeholders on RecruitMe Plus services, policies & processes
• Analyze job descriptions and design job advertisements
• Distribute job ads through various sourcing channels including our career page supported by an ATS and social media platforms
• Screen direct applications and identify keywords
• Search for potential qualified talents using Boolean Search
• Conduct initial interviews with shortlisted applicants
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate interview trips
• Verify references
• Oversee social media materials and create engaging content
• Utilize regional and international job boards, manage social media initiatives, and apply innovative sourcing methods to achieve recruiting objectives
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including candidates, clients, Universities, peer agencies, and partners
• Represent RecruitMe Plus at full-day job fairs locally or regionally- promote services and values
• Develop candidate rosters, employ traditional sourcing strategies, actively network, and use innovative recruiting methods to hire top talent
• Support new client acquisition activities
• Perform other related recruitment or HR administrative and business development tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of relative experience
• Resourceful and skilled in sourcing
• Familiarity with Boolean Search and proven track record in filling key positions in the GCC region
• Solid presentation and communication skills
• Able to establish positive working relationships with employees and all other stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience in using ATS is highly beneficial
• Social Media savvy and platforms friendly
• Integrity, honesty, and accountability
• Familiarity with AI recruitment tools

Salary Range: AED 15,000 - AED 20,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
