SAP S4HANA Procurement Leader

Taozeef is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced SAP S4HANA procurement leader to spearhead the finance module implementation in collaboration with the SAP Project Manager.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between the Procurement Department and the SAP implementation team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the main point of contact between the Procurement Department and the SAP implementation team.
• Ensuring clear communication of business requirements to the SAP implementation partner.
• Collaborating with the BPO to gather, document, and validate business requirements specific to the department.
• Validating and approving department-specific configurations and customizations in the SAP system.
• Ensuring configurations align with business requirements and processes.
• Documenting any issues, changes, or updates to processes and configurations.
• Providing regular updates to the implementation team and department leadership.
• Regularly consulting with the department's SME for technical insights and advanced configurations.
• Engaging in joint sessions with SMEs for detailed process mapping, validation, and problem-solving.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Data Migration Responsibilities Include:

• Performing necessary actions when needed to guarantee proper data quality.
• Facilitating data migration efforts for the department, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Overseeing the preparation, cleansing, and validation of data to be migrated.

To excel in this role, applicants must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or any related field.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or extensive application usage.
• A deep understanding of SAP procurement processes.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in procurement.
