Treasury Expertise Lead

Top Notch Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury Officer to join the team based in Lebanon, with regular travel to Nigeria. This key role will oversee the organization's treasury functions, optimizing financial performance and ensuring effective liquidity and investment management.
Responsibilities:- Cash Management Oversight: Run and manage the organization's cash management processes, maintaining accurate records of income, receipts, international transfers, and disbursements.
- Liquidity Optimization: Manage daily cash positions to ensure optimal liquidity, coordinating with banks and other financial institutions to secure financing and manage relationships.
- Financial Reporting: Provide daily cash and bank reports, as well as monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure financial stability.
- Strategic Project Management: Manage major projects, including company refinancing, while forecasting financial performance and advising on necessary adjustments.
- Cash Flow Management: Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's operational needs.
- At least 7 years of experience as a treasurer or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of financial regulations, legislation, and statutes.
- Proficient in MS Office and financial management software.
- Strong knowledge in finance and investment management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cash management, risk assessment, and financial forecasting. A competitive salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
