About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Partner Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and partner success, particularly in B2B SaaS or technology environments. This individual will have a proven track record of enabling partner growth and building strong, collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead training sessions to accounting firms.

Understand partner needs and develop tailored enablement plans, resources, and support.

Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, fostering loyalty and ensuring satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, support) to ensure successful partner onboarding, ongoing enablement, and joint go-to-market efforts.

Monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics and KPIs.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree – or equivalent experience – in accounting.

Experience as an accountant or in an accounting capacity.

Experience in partner management, channel sales, or sales within a B2B SaaS or technology company.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with diverse partners.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing partner needs.

Note: This role requires an Arabic speaker and flexibility to work Sunday to Thursday.
