We're seeking a skilled Ecommerce Manager to lead our Shopify-based ecommerce operations and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Management: Oversee and optimize the performance of our Shopify store, including theme customization, app integrations, and ensuring a seamless user experience.Project Leadership: Manage complex ecommerce projects, from planning to execution, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Content, Marketing, Logistics, and other teams to coordinate strategies, campaigns, and operations effectively.Performance Analysis: Track and analyze ecommerce metrics (conversion rates, AOV, customer lifetime value, etc.), providing actionable insights to improve performance.Inventory Coordination: Work closely with logistics to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure a seamless fulfillment process.Marketing Alignment: Partner with the marketing team to execute ecommerce campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that drive traffic and conversions.Customer Experience: Ensure the online store delivers a top-tier customer experience through optimized navigation, visuals, and checkout processes.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on ecommerce trends, Shopify features, and competitor activity to recommend and implement innovative strategies.Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience managing ecommerce operations, preferably with Shopify.Project Management: Proven track record of managing and executing complex ecommerce projects.Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong experience working with Content, Marketing, and Logistics teams.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve ecommerce performance.Technical Expertise: Proficient in Shopify, including themes, apps, and platform capabilities. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present insights effectively.If you're passionate about ecommerce and have a track record of success managing Shopify-based projects, we want to hear from you
