Job Purpose

The Senior Product Manager leads strategy, innovation, and execution for AI-driven product lines. The role drives rapid experimentation, aligns cross-functional teams, and ensures successful integration of AI across products.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

·       Define product vision, strategic roadmap, and performance metrics for AI products.

·       Identify high-impact AI opportunities aligned with user needs and business goals.

Execution & Delivery

·       Lead cross-functional squads across engineering, AI, design, and business stakeholders.

·       Drive rapid prototyping and iterative experimentation of AI solutions.

·       Manage prioritization, sprint planning, and feature delivery cycles.

AI Integration & Evaluation

·       Integrate AI capabilities into product workflows responsibly and effectively.

·       Build evaluation datasets, test frameworks, and performance criteria for AI features.

·       Validate user impact, reliability, and model performance.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

·       Communicate vision, roadmap, and risks to leadership and internal teams.

·       Collect insights from customers, partners, and market research to refine direction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

·       Partner closely with engineering, AI, data, cybersecurity, and design teams to ensure seamless delivery of AI-powered features.

·       Align product requirements with technical constraints, security standards, and operational considerations.

·       Facilitate coordination between business units, government stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure unified execution.

·       Drive collaboration across dependencies, resolving blockers and ensuring shared ownership of outcomes.

·       Maintain transparent communication channels to support alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution across all teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or related field.

· –10+ years of experience in product management, including experience with AI/ML-driven products.

·       Strong understanding of AI concepts, prototyping, user behavior, and experimentation.

·       Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams.

·       Excellent communication, prioritization, and analytical skills.

·       Experience with AI product evaluation, dataset development, or LLM-based features.

·       Background in enterprise platforms or government digital solutions.
