Supply Chain Management Professional

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support services to the project team, including administration, procurement, logistics, travel, and compliance guidance. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders, such as department heads, regional managers, and project teams.
- Issue purchase orders, contracts, and other tender documents in line with internal policies and procedures.
- Lead bid evaluation committees and guide other panel members.
- Ensure transparent and compliant procurement processes by staying informed of donor requirements.
- Draft contractual documents, including purchase orders, service level agreements, and terms of reference.
- Review and provide guidance on statement of works and scope of services.
- Support sub-recipient contracting and management, including advertising funding opportunities and drafting agreements.
- Assist with reconciling financial reports from sub-recipients and checking supporting documents for compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in a similar administration or procurement role. They must also have a good understanding of MS Office and SharePoint systems, as well as excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Competent user of MS Office, SharePoint, and other SAAS systems.
- High school diploma.
- Ideally, at least 2 years of working in a similar administration/procurement role.
- Experience of working in a grant-funded environment or working in a compliance-focused organisation.
