We are seeking a Senior Sales Professional to drive B2B sales, enhance client relationships and contribute to the company's growth in the eCommerce and delivery sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract new business and increase client engagement in the eCommerce logistics space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential B2B clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring a high-quality client experience and swift resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with the management team to set targets, business objectives, and sales goals.
- Implement and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track client interactions and improve engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and enhance service offerings.
- Lead sales initiatives, including promotions and partnership collaborations, to expand the company's reach.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning and customer expectations.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency to the management team.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
