Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Professional to drive B2B sales, enhance client relationships and contribute to the company's growth in the eCommerce and delivery sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract new business and increase client engagement in the eCommerce logistics space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential B2B clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Oversee customer service operations, ensuring a high-quality client experience and swift resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set targets, business objectives, and sales goals.
  • Implement and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track client interactions and improve engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and enhance service offerings.
  • Lead sales initiatives, including promotions and partnership collaborations, to expand the company's reach.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning and customer expectations.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
