Export Market Development SpecialistAs an Export Market Development Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and developing new export markets for cleaning FMCG products.
- You will conduct market research to understand demand, regulations, and competition in various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Development:- Identify opportunities for growth in emerging markets.
- Develop strategic plans to expand our product portfolio into new regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with international distributors, agents, and retailers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with overseas clients.
- Coordinate export logistics (shipping, customs clearance, Incoterms).
- Ensure proper export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, product standards, and labeling requirements.
- Handle product registration and documentation for export countries.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain to ensure timely availability of products.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for export markets.
- Monitor export sales performance and analyze trends.
- Provide regular reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
- 4-8 years of experience in export sales, preferably in FMCG or cleaning products.
- Experience with international trade regulations and logistics, particularly in the GCC and Africa regions.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, French, and Arabic.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, shipping terms, and documentation.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Culturally aware and able to work with international teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
