Our client is a company seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to be based in Beirut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and organize agendas.
- Handle external communications professionally (emails, phone calls, client and vendor interactions).
- Prepare and manage presentations, reports, documentation, and meeting minutes.
- Oversee billing processes, petty cash management, and vendor relationships.
- Manage administrative and HR tasks including payroll processing, recruitment support, attendance tracking, and employee file maintenance.
- Coordinate Lebanese NSSF-related documentation and compliance tasks.
- Ensure smooth office operations and effective office management.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Zoho suite (CRM, billing, HR modules) and full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent in both Arabic and English; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience handling Lebanese NSSF, payroll, and HR administrative responsibilities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and work independently.
