E-commerce Manager Opportunity in Beirut, Lebanon

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, customer behavior, and industry trends.

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online store, developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our online store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient online shopping experience
  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising, to drive traffic and sales
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, average order value, and website traffic
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our e-commerce operations
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, such as shipping and logistics companies
  • Train and manage a team of e-commerce staff to ensure efficient and effective operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management in the retail industry, preferably kids retail
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento. WooCommerce knowledge is a plus
  • Proven track record of driving sales and growth through e-commerce strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Experience with digital marketing, including email, social media, and paid advertising
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
