Müller's Solutions is on the lookout for a highly skilled Demand Generation Senior Specialist to enhance our marketing efforts and drive customer engagement. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing innovative demand generation campaigns that will attract, nurture, and convert potential customers. Your work will be integral in achieving our business objectives by generating a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

In collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, you will develop data-driven strategies, utilizing your expertise in digital marketing channels and tools. Your analytical mindset will enable you to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend optimizations to improve performance and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting both new and existing customers.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future efforts and increase lead conversion rates.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals and develop effective lead nurturing workflows.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including newsletters, landing pages, and promotional materials to engage and inform prospects.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline campaign processes and track lead behavior.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer trends.
  • Continuously monitor and adapt strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and implement data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies.
  • A self-starter with a passion for marketing and a desire to drive results.
