You will bepart of a collaborative team working on visually compelling websites, digitalcampaigns, and brand experiences that make an impact.In this role, you will collaborate with the Design Director and UX/UILead to shape design concepts into polished visual experiences, ensuringconsistency, clarity, and engagement across all touchpoints.ResponsibilitiesLead the creative design of digital platforms, websites, interfaces, and content experiences.Apply expert -level skills in layout, typography, and visual storytelling to create impactful designs.Collaborate with UX and development teams to bring creative ideas to life through responsive and accessible design.Produce high -quality visual concepts that align with brand strategies and creative briefs.Contribute to and maintain consistent digital brand guidelines and design systems.Build and present polished design mockups using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Ensure pixel -perfect implementation of designs across devices and platforms.Provide art direction, guidance, and feedback to junior team members and freelancers when needed.Stay up to date with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in digital design and UI.Support occasional UX -related tasks such as refining UI components or assisting in user flow visualization. RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in a digital or communication agencyUniversity degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or other relevant disciplinesA strong portfolio demonstrating visual excellence across web and digital projects.Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Excellent sense of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.Experience working within design systems and creating UI component libraries.Familiarity with design systems and UI libraries.Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.Good understanding of UX principles and how they apply to layout and interaction.Good knowledge of responsive and cross -platform design considerations.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Self -driven, detail -oriented, and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
