Position Overview As a Check -Out Agent, you will play a pivotal role in providing efficient and professional check -out services to our patients following their appointments. Your responsibilities will include collecting payments, scheduling follow -up appointments, and ensuring that every patient leaves our clinic with a positive and memorable experience, in line with our mission of unparalleled excellence in cosmetic enhancement services. Responsibilities Collect payments: Process payments from patients for services rendered, including cash, credit card, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Issue invoices and receipts: Generate and provide patients with accurate invoices and receipts for their records, ensuring all necessary information is included. Schedule follow -up appointments: Assist patients in scheduling their next appointment or follow -up, ensuring optimal coordination and adherence to the clinic's scheduling protocols. Address patient inquiries: Explain the services, policies, and procedures offered at the clinic to patients and clarify any questions or concerns related to charges, discounts, or billing procedures. Contribute to a premier patient experience: Uphold the clinic's high standards for customer service and patient care, ensure that each patient has a positive and memorable experience by being courteous, attentive, and empathetic and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up -to -date records of payments, appointments, and other relevant information using the clinic's computerized system. This helps in maintaining proper documentation and ensuring smooth operations. Coordinate with clinic staff: Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient flow. Maintain clean and organized desk: Keep the check -out area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials, contributing to a pleasant and efficient environment for patients and staff. Adhere to clinic policies and procedures: Follow and uphold the clinic's policies and procedures, including those related to patient privacy, confidentiality, and safety. Requirements Education & Experience ● High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in a related field is a plus. ● Minimum of 1 -year experience in a customer service, reception, or check -out role, preferably in a healthcare, luxury retail, or beauty setting. Competencies & Skills ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour. ● Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast -paced environment. ● Basic understanding of financial transactions, invoicing, and payment processing. ● Proficiency in using computer -based systems and software for payment processing and appointment scheduling, and a willingness to learn new systems and applications. ● Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality regulations. ● Bilingual in English and Arabic (French language is a plus).
