Job DescriptionA travel agent is responsible for planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services. They cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
QualificationsThe responsibilities of a travel consultant include GDS booking for at least 2 years and 2-3 years of experience selling leisure travel, FIT, packages and cruises.
An air-ticketing officer is required to have relevant working experience in the ticketing department and strong knowledge in Air Ticketing & use of GDS (Amadeus or any form of GDS Air Ticketing reservation system)
