As the Host/Hostess at Dr. Costi House of Beauty, you will play a pivotal role in providing a warm and friendly welcome to all patients, creating a positive first impression of the clinic's luxurious environment and exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless experience. For patients from the moment they enter the clinic, guiding them through the check -in process, and preparing them for their appointments with the Doctor or any other service. Your dedication to exceptional hospitality and attention to detail will contribute to enhancing the overall patient experience and reflecting the clinic's commitment to providing personalized and top -notch cosmetic enhancement services. Responsibilities Warm and friendly patient welcome: Create a warm and friendly atmosphere for all patients as they enter the clinic, greet patients with a smile, provide assistance as needed, and make them feel comfortable and valued. Positive first impression creation: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, ensuring that patients feel welcomed and confident in the clinic's luxurious environment. Exceptional customer service: Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to patients' needs, answer any inquiries they may have, and address any concerns or issues promptly and courteously. Efficient check -in process: Manage the check -in process efficiently, ensuring that all patient information is accurately recorded and updated in the clinic's system. Appointment preparation assistance: Assist in preparing patients for their appointments, provide information about the doctor's or service provider's schedule, explain any pre -appointment instructions, and ensure patients are aware of any necessary preparations or requirements. Clinic coordination: Communicate with other staff members regarding the arrival of patients and their appointment status, making sure the flow of appointments runs smoothly. Reception area maintenance and organization:  Maintain a neat and organized reception area that reflects the high -end nature of the clinic, keeping it stocked with necessary supplies and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for patients. Pleasant waiting atmosphere: Offer refreshments to patients as they wait for their appointments, enhancing their overall experience at the clinic. Professional handling of patient complaints: Handle patient complaints professionally and empathically, resolving issues promptly and escalating them to their seniors when necessary. Team collaboration: Collaborate closely with the entire clinic team to ensure optimal patient experiences, contributing to the overall success of the clinic. Upselling and cross -selling: Promote additional services or products to patients, aiming to enhance their overall experience and potentially increase revenue for the clinic.Greet patients at the endof their visit and guide them through the check -out processGenerate and processinvoices accurately using clinic softwareHandle payments (cash,card, online) and issue receiptsCoordinate with medicalteams for treatment summaries and future booking needsEnsure patients leavewith proper aftercare instructions, prescriptions, or retail productsPromote and sell cosmetics products available in the clinic Create, maintain, andregularly update SOPs related to this position Requirements Education & Experience ●       High school diploma or equivalent. ●       Previous experience as a host/hostess or customer service representative in a high -end environment is highly desirable. Competencies & Skills ●       Outstanding customer service skills. ●       Bilingual in English and Arabic (French language is a plus). ●       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse patient interactions. ●       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for efficient check -in processes. ●       Ability to prioritize tasks and remain composed in a fast -paced environment. ●       Familiarity with basic computer software. ●       Adaptable to new systems and technologies. ●       Professional appearance and passion for luxury customer service.
