Dr. Costi House of Beauty is a leading, prestigious and well -established beauty clinic seeking a highly organized and detail -oriented Stock Keeper to join our dedicated team. As a Stock Keeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic by managing inventory, receiving and organizing supplies, and maintaining accurate records. Your contribution will be essential in guaranteeing that the clinic is well -stocked with the necessary products and materials to deliver exceptional beauty and wellness services to our valued patients. This position demands strong organizational skills, a steadfast commitment to accuracy, and the ability to excel in a dynamic and professional clinical setting. Responsibilities Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, monitor product expiration dates, and ensure proper rotation of inventory. This involves conducting regular stock audits and reconciling physical stock counts with computerized records. Receiving and Inspecting Supplies: Check incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, verify quantities, and inspect items for any damages or discrepancies. Properly record received goods and update inventory systems accordingly. Stock Organization: Maintain a well organized stockroom or storage area to facilitate easy access and efficient retrieval of products. Implementing appropriate labeling and categorization systems to ensure items are stored in a logical and orderly manner. Stock Excellence: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and storage areas, adhering to the clinic's high standards of cleanliness and luxury. Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering processes as needed to ensure uninterrupted supply availability. This involves generating purchase orders or requisitions, coordinating with suppliers, and managing delivery schedules. Stock Rotation: Implementing First -In -First -Out (FIFO) principles to ensure older products are used or sold first. This helps to minimize waste and prevent the expiration of products. Stock Control and Documentation: Keep accurate records of all stock -related activities, such as receipts, returns, transfers, and adjustments. Update inventory systems, databases, or spreadsheets to reflect stock movements and maintain proper documentation for auditing purposes. Collaboration with Other Departments: Collaborate with the General Manager and head of departments to identify stock shortages, overstocks, and other inventory -related concerns, and recommend appropriate actions for resolution. Identifying and Reporting Stock Issues: Assist in the processing of returns, exchanges, and damaged goods, in accordance with the clinic's policies and procedures. Participate in the investigation of stock -related incidents and assisting in implementing corrective measures. Stock Forecasting and Analysis : Analyze stocks trends, customer demand patterns, and sales data to help forecast the future stock requirements. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for optimizing stock levels and minimizing inventory holding costs. Requirements Education & Experience ●       High school diploma or equivalent; a degree, certification, or coursework in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field is a plus. ●       A minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, stock keeping, or a similar role, preferably in a high -end retail, spa, or clinic setting.   Competencies & Skills ●       Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and work efficiently in a fast -paced environment. ●       Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of the role. ●       Knowledge of inventory management methods, systems, and best practices. ●       Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management and record -keeping. ●       Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. ●       Problem -solving skills to identify and address stock discrepancies or issues. ●       Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as required. ●       Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures for handling hazardous materials or fragile goods. ●       Basic accounting principles for managing inventory costs and financial records. ●       Analytical skills to assess inventory levels, trends, and demand patterns. ●       Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to stock management. ●       Adaptability to learn and use new inventory management software and technologies. ●       Basic mathematical skills for counting, measuring, and calculating inventory levels. ●       Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
