We're seeking to hire a devoted "Sales Manager", responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals focused on selling heavy medical equipment, accountable for achieving sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with healthcare providers and institutions, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our company.

Sales Manager Duties & Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a sales team specializing in medical equipment sales. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and team performance. 
  • Set clear sales targets and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans specific to to achieve revenue and profit objectives. 
  • Identify target markets, analyze customer needs, and recommend strategic initiatives to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, hospitals, clinics, and key decision-makers. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical equipment market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and drive business growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the medical equipment and devices offered by the company. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new product releases, and competitive offerings.
  • Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. 
  • Provide training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Stay updated with advancements in medical technology and industry regulations to ensure compliance and accurate product positioning.

Sales Manager Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the medical equipment industry and/or healthcare industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the medical equipment sector.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical equipment and devices, including their clinical applications and features.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
