Job Description:
a Furniture company  seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the operations of their retail branch at Beirut Salim Slam Headquarters. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the branch team, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a successful retail operation within a reputable and growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and coach branch staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Great experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture or home furnishings industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

    Salary: 1100$-1200$
