Our client who is a leading forex broker in Beirut, Lebanon with presence in several countries, is looking for Females Sales representative (both junior and senior) to join their team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Generate leads and proactively seek new business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to overall sales success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
  • A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
