Job Description

The Senior Manager/Project Manager is a strategic thinker who can identify and implement innovative solutions, has exceptional project management and leadership skills. Responsible for managing large projects and their lifecycles for clients. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, as well as managing internal teams and company projects.  The Senior Manager/Project Manager ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget—while aligning outcomes with business objectives and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project or program management role.

  • Proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder, and cross-functional projects.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or Salesforce).

  • Fluency in English and preferably French. 

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to define and solve complex problems. 

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Experience in CRMs and cloud platforms.  

  • Ability to travel when required.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business goals and client expectations.

  • Develop project plans, backlogs, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Facilitate meetings, particularly project meetings, ensure project governance.

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.

  • Ensure and oversee project documentation.

  • Ensure project management best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, through transparent communication and proactive risk management.

  • Evaluate employees performance and manage their careers in a productive way, in line with the company's objectives.
