We create work that matters to our clients and resonates with people. We are on the hunt for experienced Senior Art Directors to join our vibrant and creative team. We're seeking future leaders who thrive on collaboration, possess a creative flair, and have a deep understanding of marketing communications and brand building. The right candidates must possess the ability to adapt for an industry in constant change, have some sharp concept ideation abilities and methodologies, strong communication skills, passionate about visual communication, a keen eye for craft and design, and the self -motivation to be the best in their field. What this entails: Generate original and captivating concepts, actively engage in brainstorming sessions, and contribute creative ideas and strategies to achieve the project's goals. Play a key role in turning creative ideas into visuals. Execute them directly and/or collaborate with ADs and Designers to ensure visuals align with the creative direction and brand guidelines, bridging the gap between concept and execution. Foster a culture of creative excellence and accountability. Ensure that creative deliverables not only meet the expectations of our clients and brand but also uphold our internal standards of excellence. Guide new hires on their responsibilities and familiarize them with agency procedures. Mentor and train team members and assist them in achieving their professional and personal objectives. Actively engage in new business pitch opportunities. Lead the creative efforts on new business assignments, as needed. Articulate and present creative ideas/treatments for social and communication content to teams and clients. Ensure that creative presentations to the client meet the highest professional standards. Design comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts, and final deliverables. Ensure proper quality assurance with other team members during all milestones of the project life cycle to warrant a proper outcome up to the company standards and client expectations. Is hands -on on the day -to -day workload of the agency. Assist the Creative Director to improve the Creative Team's technical and creative performance. Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in -house resources and third -party vendors. Requirements BA or MA in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar. 3 -6 years of agency experience (digital and advertising) with primarily an Art background. Knowledge of existent and future craft trends according to industry standards. A proven track record of conceptual creative ability and judgment. The ability to work collaboratively with account management. Excellent presentation skills. Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends. Benefits Package is paid in fresh USD. Location Position based in Beirut, Lebanon, with occasional travel. Candidates should be able to show outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
