The Senior Program Operations Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the delivery of high -impact projects and programs while maintaining governance, compliance, and operational excellence. Reporting to the VP of Project Operations, this role focuses on optimizing project management processes, improving delivery performance, and aligning program execution with strategic business objectives. The Key Responsibilities are:Oversee and lead complex, cross -functional programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and quality standards.Ensure projects follow the defined SDLC, governance frameworks, and best practices across all delivery teams.Collaborate with the VP of Project Operations and PMO committee to define, implement, and evolve governance frameworks, policies, and delivery standards.Conduct project audits, health checks, and ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements.Promote a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in current delivery models; propose and implement improvements.Leverage innovative tools, automation, and methodologies (including AI -assisted solutions) to enhance scalability, visibility, and productivity.Standardize documentation, templates, and delivery workflows across projects.Establish KPIs and performance frameworks to measure program success, quality, and efficiency.Track delivery metrics, assess dependencies and risks, and provide data -driven insights to leadership.Ensure transparency in progress reporting across all delivery functions.Partner with Talent Acquisition and cross -functional leaders to define resourcing strategies that align talent with business priorities.Optimize workforce planning and allocation to ensure timely and balanced project delivery.Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development for project management and delivery teams.Mentor Project Managers, Technical PMs, and Scrum Masters to strengthen leadership, planning, and communication skills.Participate in interviews and evaluations for senior delivery roles and contribute to succession planning.Build a strong leadership pipeline and foster a culture of learning, ownership, and collaboration. RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience in program operations, project management, or PMO leadership roles.Proven track record of leading high -impact programs and driving process improvement at scale.Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and traditional project management methodologies.Strong understanding of governance frameworks, compliance requirements, quality assurance and best practices in program operations.Skilled in resource planning, risk management, and process optimization.Demonstrated ability to lead cross -functional teams and build leadership capabilities.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive -level stakeholder management skills.PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certifications preferred.Excellent English communication skills.
