As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to expand the company s market presence while delivering value-driven solutions to clients. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with strong communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and tailored solutions.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Support partnership development and strategic initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings when required.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

3 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build long-term client relationships and close opportunities.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a hybrid setup.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required; French is a plus.
