AI Business Development Officer

Morao Capital is seeking a proactive and innovative AI Business Development Officer to lead the integration of AI solutions across our workplace operations. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and AI tools, helping teams work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify areas within the organization where AI can improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making
- Lead the implementation and adoption of AI tools across departments (operations, finance, HR, marketing, etc.)
- Analyze workflows and propose AI-driven solutions and automations
- Work closely with management to develop an AI integration roadmap
- Train and support employees on using AI tools effectively
- Monitor performance, adoption, and ROI of implemented AI solutions
- Stay updated on AI trends and recommend relevant tools and technologies
Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, digital transformation, process improvement, or AI implementation
Strong understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and workplace productivity solutions
Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI use cases
Excellent communication and change-management skills
Self-driven, analytical, and solution-oriented
Based in Lebanon
