Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate plays a vital role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic outreach methods such as calls, emails, and social media.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns tailored to the Middle East and Africa region.
  • Leverage your experience with BDR tools, including CRM platforms and sales intelligence systems, to consistently exceed goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to support informed engagement.
  • Share market insights to influence future sales and marketing strategies.

We are seeking motivated BDR to support lead generation and development across the Middle East and Africa. This role involves a balance of warm and cold outreach in coordination with Marketing and Sales efforts. Youll contribute directly to our growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting the broader sales organization.

Qualifications:

  • A results-driven professional with 2+ years in a similar role.
  • Experienced in exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to engage prospects meaningfully.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Outreach, CRM systems, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or equivalents.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and skilled in time management.
  • Quick to grasp enterprise IT solutions and market nuances.
  • A strong team player with a can-do attitude and integrity.
  • Preferably holding a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English; French is a plus.
