Operational ManagementOversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and service excellence.Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene in coordination with kitchen and service teams.Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and local health & safety regulations.Manage stock levels, order supplies, and control wastage.Handle maintenance and coordinate repairs when necessary.Staff ManagementSupervise, train, and motivate all branch employees to ensure performance and service standards are met.Prepare work schedules, ensure adequate staffing levels, and approve attendance/leave requests.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and expectations.Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.Address employee issues, conflicts, or disciplinary matters as needed.Financial & Administrative DutiesMonitor daily sales, expenses, and cash flow.Ensure accurate cash handling, deposits, and reporting procedures.Work toward achieving monthly revenue targets and cost control goals.Review daily/weekly reports and share updates with the Area or Operations Manager.Customer Service & Brand ImageEnsure high levels of guest satisfaction through consistent service quality.Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.Promote a welcoming atmosphere aligned with the company's image and values.Marketing & Business GrowthSupport local marketing initiatives and promotions to increase footfall and sale
