Job description

Our client Hallab, a leading manufacturing and food distribution company dedicated to creating delicious and high-quality confectionery products, is seeking an experienced Branch Supervisor to oversee their operations at their location in Sin El Fil, Lebanon.

Responsibilities:

-Manage and supervise a team of sales agents, cashiers, and other branch staff

-Ensure efficient and compliant daily branch operations

-Monitor and optimize branch performance to meet sales, customer service, and financial targets

-Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

-Foster a positive and motivating work environment for the branch team

-Mentor and provide training to improve the skills and productivity of branch employees

-Prepare and present regular performance reports to regional and head office management

-Identify and address any operational or customer service issues promptly

-Collaborate with other departmental managers to align on strategic initiatives

-Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes

-Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

-Proven experience in a branch or retail management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry

-Proven track record of achieving sales and financial targets

-Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities

-Proficient in using data analysis tools and business management software
