Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.

Manage correspondence, filing systems, and documentation.

Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as requested.

Assist and support procurement, logistics, and project coordination when needed.

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain a positive work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.

1 3 years of experience in administrative support or similar role.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, AI tools.). Visio is a plus.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.

Professional fluency in English, French and Arabic (Strong written and verbal communication skills.
