We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team at MADI International. This is a fully remote position from Lebanon, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review, verify, and reconcile invoices and payments.
  • Maintain and update supplier records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Provide reports as needed and participate in financial audits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable or accounting-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred).
