Accounts Payable-Accountant

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team at MADI International. This is a fully remote position from Lebanon, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review, verify, and reconcile invoices and payments.
- Maintain and update supplier records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide reports as needed and participate in financial audits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts payable or accounting-related roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred).
