We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and support key financial functions within our organization. This role primarily focuses on overseeing the Accounts Receivable department, with additional responsibilities in Accounts Payable, reconciliations, and project financial oversight. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, and bring experience from the tech industry, particularly with IT product procurement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable Management:
    Oversee the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, client communication, and collections.
  • Client Collaboration:
    Work closely with clients to address and resolve any invoice-related concerns or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accounts Payable Support:
    Assist in managing and processing vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Reconciliations:
    Regularly reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Project Financials & Audits:
    Conduct audits on live projects, ensuring financial accuracy and tracking project budgets and expenses.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
    Partner with other teams to provide financial insights that support operational and strategic business decisions.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
    Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, monthly statements, and reports in compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting.
  • Strong familiarity with IT products and procurement processes, particularly within the tech industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid working knowledge of other MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Committed to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in handling financial data.
  • Experience working with AI-driven tools or openness to adopting AI technologies in finance workflows is a plus.
