We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 2-3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial data for trends and variances.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
