Job Title: Sales Manager - FMCG

At RecruitMe Plus, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including market share growth, revenue targets, and distribution expansion.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and manage the sales team, including Territory Sales Representatives, Key Account Executives, and other field personnel.
  • Sales Execution & Territory Management: Oversee the execution of sales initiatives in various regions, ensuring optimal coverage and presence in key markets.
  • Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail chains, wholesalers, and distributors to ensure the brand's prominence in-store.
  • Sales Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports on sales trends, product performance, and team activity.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support the team in achieving its objectives.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities, providing insights to the team and senior management.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with the marketing, trade marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and overall company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience within the FMCG sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the FMCG market dynamics in Lebanon, including competitors, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to travel to different areas in Lebanon when needed.
  • Fluent in English.
