About the Role

As a Community Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth operation of your Regus centre, driving sales and revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You'll lead a team of associates, developing their skills and inspiring them to deliver outstanding results.

A Typical Day at Regus
  • You'll start the day with a team meeting to plan and prioritize tasks.
  • You'll welcome members and guests, show them to their meeting rooms, and ensure they have everything they need.
  • You'll meet with new members to understand their business needs and introduce them to other businesses in the centre.
  • You'll work closely with the reception team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • You'll host networking events and promote your centre to new customers.
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A good communicator, with experience in the hospitality or events industry.
  • Confident, approachable, and able to build strong relationships with customers.
  • A great manager, who leads by example and knows how to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations.
  • Confident using MS Office and other basic IT packages.
