Job Title: Lead Generation and Outreach Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation and Outreach Specialist to join our team at IBC Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Management:

  • Identify and qualify high-quality leads within the cryptocurrency industry.

    • Utilize industry-specific tools and platforms to scrape and manage leads.
    • Assign leads to team members and monitor progress.
  • Outreach Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement compelling outreach strategies and scripts tailored to diverse audiences.

    • Utilize automation tools and platforms to streamline outreach efforts.
    • Continually refine and optimize outreach strategies based on data analysis.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to align outreach strategies with company goals.

    • Work closely with content teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Explore new outreach channels and methodologies to enhance the impact and efficiency of campaigns.

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Cryptocurrency Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and blockchain technology.
  • Lead Generation Experience: Proven experience in lead scraping, database management, and lead nurturing.
  • Proficiency with Tools: Familiarity with industry-specific tools and platforms is preferred.
  • Copywriting Skills: Ability to create persuasive and engaging outreach content.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with automation tools and platforms is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional Automation Tools: Experience with additional automation tools and platforms.
  • Similar Role Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the crypto or fintech industry.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
