I.Responsibilities
a.

Ensure Audience metrics / analytics / KPIs meet our business needs & expectations / objectives, as per relevant Media Kit for each industry platform.

a.

Perform Data Research as well as Data Entry & Update in various IT Solutions / Applications to ensure appropriate databases are always maintained and provided to various departments and are aligned to meet Audience & Community KPIs.

b.

Perform various Audience / Customer Service tasks (such as but not limited to) calling clients or leads, following up with subscribers, performing marketing surveys, etc..

as per request from Marketing & Sales / other department members.
c.
Welcoming team members, guests and 1O tenants to company premises, assisting them in various administrative related tasks as necessary.
d.

Ensures a professional, pleasant & hygienic work environment is always maintained, coordinating as necessary with hygiene worker and team members / 1O tenants.

e.

Provide orientation & training to new team members regarding company workflows (policies / procedures), liaising as necessary with HR or Supervisor.

f.

Receive incoming phone calls / Make outbound calls and distributing them to various Team Members and 1O tenants, as necessary.

g.
Arranges meetings / business trips or travels whether internal or external.
h.
Handling all business functions related to mail, liaising as necessary with mail-service providers (Aramex, DHL, LibanPost & others).
i.

Delivery of outbound mail packages to local mail office (Chouran Mail Office or others located in Beirut) as well as receive / distribute inbound mail packages to team members or 1O tenants.

j.

Performing miscellaneous administrative-related tasks and business functions including but not limited to the following:

a.
Processing work documentation at various official / government institutes.
b

Cabinets Management / Organization:

Making sure that box files and al other material in cabinets - in all departments / company locations - are appropriately organized & correctly labeled and indexed (as necessary).

c.
Filing, Archiving, Sorting of papers and documents in addition to classification & distribution of mail / in-house reports.
d.
Labeling (Cabinets, Electric Boxes, Utility Items, PBX Handsets, Doors, Equipment, Hardware, Material, Box Files, etc.)
e.

Stationery Orders and Stationery Cabinet / Inventory:
Making sure colleagues are provided with appropriate stationery material as necessary.
f.
Assets, Inventory & Keys - Organizing, Placement, Labeling & Indexing.
k.
Order & serve drinks & refreshments to CEO & his visitors whenever necessary.
l.

Perform miscellaneous computer related work such as sending emails, typing messages, data research for 1W team members or for 1O tenants, as necessary.

II.Qualifications
a.

Bachelor's in business administration or business computer (MIS) or similar degree with minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position at a reputable company.

b.
Should be a highly presentable lady with a pleasant, helpful, positive attitude and character
c.
Very good English & Arabic languages (spoken & written), French is a plus.
d.
Very good computer skills (Windows, MS Office, Internet Usage & Research, Social Media)
e.
Presentable, cheerful, nice and friendly personality & character
