Job Requirements/Duties:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Computing, marketing, Human resource.
- 2+ years' experience in a relevant field as well as Office Assistant.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Follow-up pending cases on daily basis and contact customer through emails as well as update the system on the cases statuses.
- Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic approach to work.
- Manage data and enter record information as needed.
- Schedule and plan appointments.
- Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
Skills:
- Excellent in English speaking reading and writing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Extremely organized and efficient.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Professional in formal business mail.
- Proficiency in MS Office
