Job Description

-Location : Lebanon , Maten , Sad Al baourchrieh

-Working Hours: 08AM to 5 PM (Monday-Friday) 0800AM to 12 (on saturday)

Role Description:

As a Cashier and Administrator in the Customer Service area , you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a full-time on-site position that involves processing payments, addressing customer inquiries, managing inventory, maintaining well-stocked shelves and organising orders with the logistic company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills (Excel , outlook) ,will be detail-oriented in handling cash and inventory, and have a basic knowledge of automotive parts and supplies.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
  • Address customer inquiries and provide information on products
  • Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
  • Utilize Point of Sales (POS) systems for transactions
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth workflow with orders and logistic companies

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail in cash handling and inventory management
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts and supplies
  • Familiarity with Point of Sales (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Fluent in Arabic and English language
  • High school diploma or equivalent
