About the Role We are looking for a skilled and reliable Barista to join our small, artisanal bakery café (12 seats). This is a hands -on role that combines specialty coffee preparation with front -of -house and cashier duties. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a small team, values quality and consistency, and enjoys direct customer interaction. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve high -quality espresso -based drinks • Execute clean and consistent latte art • Dial in espresso and maintain coffee quality throughout the shift • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment • Take customer orders and operate the cashier/POS system • Manage front -of -house service for a small seating area • Assist customers with menu items and product recommendations • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and front area • Support basic bakery service and light operational tasks as needed Requirements Requirements • –3 years of experience as a barista in a café or specialty coffee setting • Strong understanding of espresso extraction and milk texturing • Ability to perform both barista and front -of -house duties • Good communication and customer service skills • Organized, reliable, and detail -oriented • Comfortable working in a small, fast -paced environment Work Schedule • Full -time or part -time options available What We Offer • A quality -focused, artisanal bakery café environment • Competitive pay based on experience • A close -knit, supportive team • Opportunity to grow with the brand
