### Job Description #### Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile team member to join our dynamic team as a Server/Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, preparing beverages, and supporting the kitchen staff to ensure a seamless and high -quality dining experience. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply. #### Responsibilities * Serve customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded * Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace * Prepare beverages and other drinks to order, adhering to quality and presentation standards * Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, plating, and presentation as needed * Maintain a high level of knowledge about menu items, ingredients, and allergens to provide accurate information to customers * Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience #### Requirements * Previous experience in a fast -paced customer service or hospitality environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy * Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
