Our Client has a luxurious furniture brand worldwide and is seeking to hire a Junior Sales to join the the team in Baghdad. As a Junior Sales you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional service to our discerning clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior sales representatives in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations regarding luxurious furniture collections.
- Learn about the features, materials, and design aesthetics of our luxurious furniture to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Actively participate in product training sessions to enhance knowledge and stay updated with new collections, trends, and industry developments.
- Support senior sales representatives in conducting product demonstrations and explaining the benefits and features of luxurious furniture pieces to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain a visually appealing showroom environment, ensuring furniture displays are well-presented and reflect the brand's luxury image.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing sales proposals, generating quotes, and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Keep up-to-date with competitor offerings and market trends to contribute to sales strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives, provide customer feedback, and contribute to marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Passion for luxury furniture and a desire to develop a career in sales within the furniture or interior design industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and creating a positive showroom experience.
- Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and the ability to represent the brand with sophistication and elegance.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications for administrative tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
