###Job Description ####Summary As a key member of our team, the Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, assisting with product selection, processing transactions, managing cash handling, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment. This role requires a strong focus on customer needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast -paced environment. ####Responsibilities * Assist customers in selecting products and answering questions about our offerings * Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly * Manage cash handling responsibilities, including counting change, making change, and balancing cash registers * Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment * Stay up -to -date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers ####Requirements * ${1 -2 years} of customer service experience in a retail environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and multitask effectively * Strong problem -solving and conflict resolution skills * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point -of -sale system * Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
