Job Description

- Develop innovative visual concepts and designs for advertising campaigns, social media, and marketing materials

- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and refine ideas to develop design concepts, providing and receiving feedback in a constructive and respectful manner 

- Assist in the development of creative briefs and project plans

- Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including graphics, images, and videos

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and AI

- Creative. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, are open to feedback, and are always looking to learn and grow. has keen eye for detail, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and can effectively communicate his ideas to the team

- Adaptability and flexibility: Willingness to adapt to feedback, changing project requirements, and tight deadlines

- Strong work ethic and motivation

- ​​Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in art direction role

- Portfolio that showcases your creative work and design skills

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

 

Preferred Skills: 

1. Design software proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)

2. Digital design skills: Experience with digital design tools like Canva

3. Visual storytelling: Ability to convey messages through compelling visuals

4. Typography and layout: Strong understanding of typography, composition, and layout principles

5. Color theory and palette creation: Knowledge of color theory and ability to create effective color palettes
