What youll do

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Creative Director and Graphic Designers Lead to develop

and execute visual concept for various projects.

Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate creative ideas.

Conceptualize and develop creative ideas and visual concepts for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, and other promotional material
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements,

objectives, and target audience, translating them into visually appealing
designs and videos.
Assist in preparing presentations and pitches to clients.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and campaigns.
Offer assistance for photo and video shoots as required.
Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and tools,
incorporating innovative ideas into the creative process.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality
standards are met.

Requirements:
A portfolio of published designs is a must, candidates without a portfolio
will not be considered.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or related field.
Up to 7 years of experience in a design or creative role, agency experience is
must.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud with strong layout skills (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premier, After Effect,
or similar tools).
Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for
details.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight
deadlines.
Knowledge of current design trends, emerging technologies, and social media
platforms.

Location: Lebanon Fanar 
Work Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (on site)
Monday Friday (Remote)
Work hours : Flexible 8 hours 
 Salary Range Based on the Candidate Profile : 2500$-3000$
